I have been been active in dog agility since 1994. My first agility dog Jax, an Alaskan Malamute was not your typical competitor.
I have competed with my dogs in all three venues of agility competition; NADAC, USDAA and AKC.
Maybe the next dog will be the newest member of the household, an adopted Min Pin named Ting.

I have been doing agility since 1994. I started with my black and white English Cocker, Radar, when I took an agility class just for the "hell" of it. I feel in love with the sport ,the camaraderie of the people and the bond it gave me with my dogs. I could never just have another dog. Hence, I got Skipper my Pembroke Welsh Corgi. I have competed in NADAC and AKC. I hope to soon also add USDAA to my list. I lost Radar way too soon so I now have another Black and White English Cocker (Trixie) and am going to add another Black and White (Desi) who starts in class very soon. Each dog I have had has taught me so much about myself, agility, patience and training. I wouldn't trade them for the world. I hope to keep competing in agility for many years to come.
